Contact us and receive your free initial LASIK pre-screening at one of more than 750 laser eye clinics. While on the phone, a LASIK Counselor will:

  • Answer any of your questions
  • Calculate the exact price for your LASIK procedure
  • Help you locate a laser eye clinic in your immediate area

If you decide to schedule an appointment at one of our many laser eye clinics, we will collect a $50 fully refundable deposit which is applied to the total cost for your LASIK Eye Procedure. If you choose not to get LASIK for whatever reason, your deposit will be refunded to you in full 100%. Please note that your appointment to find out your candidacy at one of our laser eye clinics is free for you.

After your procedure, a LASIK Counselor will follow up to ensure your satisfaction with the laser eye clinic that you chose and to confirm that LASIK is or is not right for you.
